Current medical status including reports & medication if underlying conditioins are of concern
Current symptoms
Energy & fitness levels & any existing exercise routines
Current dietary requirements, nutition preferences
Daily Stressors & general mental health
We will help you to design a weekly schedule that suits your lifestyle to encompass a personalised plan that starts to tackle your "hotspots" head on. There will be easily identifiable goals and help to get you there step by step with a follow up consultation booked and all the steps to be covered in between.
